Dreamforce 2025: What’s Next for Enterprise AI and Innovation

Every September, the Bay Area buzzes more about Dreamforce than any other time, with the usual startup chatter making it the epicenter of enterprise technology. However, this Dreamforce 2025 (Oct 14–16, Moscone Center) year's anticipation feels different in San Francisco. 

Why? Salesforce is disclosing the blueprint for the AI-powered enterprise of the next decade.

1. Agentforce 3 

AI agents stole the spotlight last year. This year, Salesforce is literally doubling down through Agentforce 3, extending it with the Command Center. 

Agentforce Command Center is an observability dashboard that provides enterprises with the control to manage and improve their agents, offering better visibility, aligned governance, and performance tracking metrics. Now, the enterprises can run AI agents to engage with customers as reliably as human teams by accessing the powerful tools on Agentforce Studio, operating via Agentforce Command Center across the agent lifecycle. 

 Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) support will be game-changing for interoperability, breaking down silos between tools, models, and business systems. 

 AgentExchange, Salesforce's new marketplace for AI agents, is already backed by renowned technology giants and could become the AppExchange of the AI era. 

 Salesforce Agentforce 3 empowers enterprises to manage, scale, and govern agents responsibly. We can expect the latest updates on Agentforce 3, including how enterprises can transition to a fully AI-powered model using Agentforce at Dreamforce. 

2. The Atlas Reasoning Engine

Salesforce Atlas upgrades that focus on latency, accuracy, and resiliency form the enterprise core with trust as a priority. With Anthropic models hosted natively and a strong multi-LLM strategy, Atlas is poised to gain traction from AI leaders seeking to future-proof their stack. 

 We can expect to see benchmarks, real customer case studies, and a clear roadmap for how Salesforce is building a multi-model AI backbone. 

3. Customer Proof Points Beyond the Hype

Dreamforce isn't Dreamforce without customer showcases. Already, Salesforce Agentforce has shown results like: 

  • Engine cutting case handle times by 15%, 
  • resolving 70% of chats autonomously during a tax season by America's leading virtual accounting firm, and  
  • boosting customer retention by 22% at a leading Brazilian media company.  

In 2025, Salesforce brought in the hybrid human–AI workforce narrative. Hence, we can expect use cases and bold stories of companies that've moved beyond pilots to production-scale adoption.

 These industry resources could amplify Agentforce adoption, and they will raise meaningful conversations on compliance, data privacy, and AI ethics at this Dreamforce event. 

5. Off the Mainstage: The Real Conversations

Dreamforce will feature over 1,500 sessions that include breakouts, expert-led learning, hands-on workshops, and off-site networking. 

 This year, at Dreamforce, keep your radar on: 

  • Hands-on labs with the Command Center to learn ways to monitor AI performance. 
  • Join roundtables on governance for tough discussions on bias, regulation, and enterprise accountability. 
  • Startup showcases Agentforce's open protocols to create opportunities for a new generation of AI-native apps.

6. The Future of Work is Humans + Agents
